Chef Dane and his team were amazing! We did a private company dinner for about 15 of us at an art gallery and everything, and I mean -everything-, was exceptional. We were greeted with warm smiles, a delicious cheese and fruit spread, drinks, and Chef Dane let us see how the magic was performed back in the kitchen as well. We feasted on one of the most delicious salads I've ever had, and all the courses were fantastic, including dessert. I superbly enjoyed the wines they paired with all the dishes as well and left with a full belly, a good buzz, and a big smile. Would highly recommend!

We reserved Chef Dane and his team for a private company dining experience, and it was out of this world. It was hosted in our own private art gallery with 5 star dining, wine pairings, and extremely knowledge staff walking us through the preparation and recipes for each dish. Everyone on the team was floored by the event and I would recommend Chef Dane for any future culinary needs.

I recently collaborated with Chef Dane's team on a COVID-conscious wedding celebration at a remote venue outside of Evergreen, CO. Masha and Dane were extraordinarily accommodating and committed to meeting our needs. The custom vegan/vegetarian menu they created was beautiful and delicious, and their on-the-spot problem-solving (especially as it related to on-site power sources) literally saved the wedding! I highly recommend this team for smaller (<75 people) affairs and look forward to working with them again soon!
